But in hybrid or remote settings, how do we read the room without the usual body language cues? This session explores how higher ed IT professionals can sharpen their digital communication to reduce friction, increase clarity, and lead more effectively, one message at a time. Using real-world examples, group discussion, and a simple hands-on activity, we will examine how everyday habits in email, chat, and meetings shape engagement and outcomes.
