The California State University has embarked on the largest higher education AI implementation in the United States. The AI Workforce Acceleration Board is a key component of “The AI-Empowered CSU,” our system-wide AI strategy. The goal of the AI board is simple: to prepare students for a future workforce that is becoming increasingly unclear as generative AI transforms fields, industries, and careers. In this presentation, we will share what our board members have prioritized and how we are preparing students to meet the needs of our state.
