Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | 4:30PM–5:15PM CT | EDUCAUSE Commons, Teaching & Learning Central, Poster Area
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster
Rapid advances in generative AI open new possibilities—and new inequities—in course design and student support. This session showcases how UT San Antonio created an institution-wide, openly licensed AI hub (student guides, faculty toolkits, a gamified AI Essentials course, digital badges) that elevated engagement and bridged access gaps at scale. We will unpack the project’s open-design workflow, funding model, and change-management tactics, then map how participants can remix these assets for their own digital-transformation agendas. Attendees will leave with a reusable AI-OER template, a strategy worksheet for cross-unit collaboration, and contact points for continued co-development.
