The Essential Service Management Toolbox for ITSM/ESM (separate registration is required)
Higher education is at a crossroads, facing novel challenges and risks. Modern complexities demand streamlined processes, seamless collaboration, and student-centered experiences. How do we get there? By harnessing the power of service management! In this engaging, interactive workshop, we’ll unlock the key to institutional efficiency and effectiveness by introducing the essential service management toolbox. Tools in the toolbox include everything from foundations of service management and service design to modern service catalog practices, strategies for effective service management across the enterprise, and critical capabilities for achieving and measuring success. Capping off the program will be looking ahead to what’s on the horizon for service management.
