Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster

The centralized IT division at Kennesaw State University is transitioning 5,300+ faculty and staff from desk phones to Microsoft Teams Calling in 2025, guided by a “white-glove treatment” directive from our CIO. In this session, members of the project team will share how coordinated planning, cross-functional collaboration, and thoughtful change management helped us deliver a smooth, user-focused rollout of Microsoft Teams Calling across the university. Learn how we tackled real-world challenges, adapted when plans changed, and kept customer service at the forefront while rolling out a major technology shift. Walk away with practical, adaptable strategies you can use to lead successful IT transitions at your own institution.
