With new ADA Title II regulations taking effect in 2026, institutions face heightened pressure to ensure that all digital tools are accessible. Yet many vendors still fall short. This session introduces the newly updated Temporary Alternate Access Plan (TAAP), a refreshed approach to the former Equally Effective Alternate Access Plan (EEAAP). TAAP offers a practical, legally grounded framework that helps institutions maintain compliance while holding vendors accountable. Learn how to document barriers, provide meaningful alternatives, assess risk, and ensure continued access for all users, without compromising institutional integrity or user privacy.
