What if you could drastically modernize or improve your identity program at a moderate pace on a higher ed budget? Miami University’s implementation of RapidIdentity (our new identity governance and administration system) is well underway, and there have been some challenges as well as major victories in the year since we went live. In this panel session, we will talk about lessons learned throughout the process (from the roadmap to the RFP to where we are now) and answer questions about how our systems were architected to provide the most value to the university.
