We have blocks at several hotels. We do not have a single "conference" hotel. The distance of each hotel from the convention center can be found on the housing site.
Beverage and refreshment breaks Tuesday through Thursday, and a networking reception on Tuesday.

Yes, you can contact [email protected] for a refund if you register for the Online Conference but then later register for the in-person event. Keep in mind that the in-person registration includes access to the Online Conference.

Profile credentials MUST BE for the person registering for the conference, as specific information is passed between the registration system and EDUCAUSE. To register someone else, you would need to call Maritz Global Events directly. The registrant MUST have a profile in the EDUCAUSE system.
As you register, there will be an option to purchase additional admissions which you can then share with other colleagues within your institution or corporation. Once that transaction is complete, your confirmation email will include a promo code that will need to be shared with your colleague(s) so they can register as part of that package, at no cost. However, you cannot purchase additional registrations unless you are also registering for the event.
As you register for the in-person conference, there will be an option to purchase additional admissions which you can then share with other colleagues within your institution or corporation. You may choose up to 3 of the full conference registration type. If you choose to purchase 4 additional full conference registrations, you will want to choose the 5-Pack Bulk Package. As a special promotion, you will receive the 5th registration for free, or a 25% discount on the entire purchase. Multiple 5-packs may be purchased to maximize the discount.
Note: those who are registering for the online conference may take advantage of purchasing in bulk, but the 5-Pack Bulk Package promotion will not be available.
Once either transaction is complete, your confirmation email will include a promo code that will need to be shared with your colleague(s) so they can register as part of that package, at no cost.
No refunds will be issued for the bulk package. If a promo code is shared with a colleague and redeemed, but the colleague later cancels their registration, that same promo code may be shared with another colleague. Please wait 3 days for that promo code to be reinstated.
Only registered attendees may view the participant list. The participant list can be accessed via your registration dashboard and will only contain names of people who opted in to being listed. Only name, title, and organization will be shown.
All accepted presenters are responsible for registering and paying for the conference.

As long as it is before September 29, 2025, per our refund policy, you may cancel your registration. There is no refund allowed for the bulk registration package, and the codes can be distributed to others from your institution who are able to participate.
