Collaboration within a consortium is common in higher education, and many consortia have overlapping missions. In this session, members from three national consortia, the Big Ten Academic Alliance, the University Innovation Alliance, and Unizin, will present outcomes from recent efforts to improve teaching and learning through collaboration. This session will also outline collaborative projects that engage members from across multiple consortia.

Outcomes: Identify successful collaborations or gaps in collaboration at your institution that might be supported through consortium or association membership * Develop plans for potential collaborative interinstitutional or cross-consortia initiatives * Expand your personal network and commit to next steps with potential to further your institutional goals
