Earn Credits Toward Your Certifications

You can claim credits for your privacy and security certifications when you participate in the Security Professionals Conference. 

Participants can earn up to 10.5 CPE credits by attending the main conference (May 2-3, 2017) and as many as 6 additional CPE credits by attending preconference seminars (May 1, 2017).

Accrediting Organizations

(ISC)2—(ISC)2 members can earn up to 10.5 CPE credits for the main conference and/or up to 6 CPE credits for preconference seminars. After the conference, EDUCAUSE will provide (ISC)2 with a list of each attending (ISC)2 member's name, membership number, and applicable credits. To be included in the list, you must complete this form by May 16, 2017. Please submit your form after you've attended the sessions you're claiming credit for.

IAPP—Up to 10.5 CPE credits may be awarded to IAPP-certified professionals for the main conference and/or up to 6 CPE credits for preconference seminars. Self-report attendance through the IAPP website using the CPE application form and provide appropriate supporting documentation.  Why certify with the IAPP?

ISACA—ISACA members may receive up to 10.5 CPE credits for the main conference and/or up to 6 CPE credits for preconference seminars. Self-report attendance through the ISACA website and provide supporting appropriate documentation. How to report and earn ISACA CPE.

GIACGlobal Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) certification holders may earn up to 10.5 CMUs for attending applicable keynote and track sessions or up to 6 CMUs for attending preconference seminars. Learn more.
