PLEASE NOTE: Reservations within the hotel block will be available upon registration for the Security Professionals Conference. Please use the information and link provided in your registration confirmation message to secure a hotel room at the event rate.

Reservation Policies

All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a one night's deposit, or a guarantee to the Master Account. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge.

Room availability: A block of rooms has been reserved for April 20–23, 2020. The conference rate has been extended to include three days before and after the conference on a space-available basis. You may book over the extended dates online based on availability.

Cutoff date:
EDUCAUSE has reserved a block of rooms until March 30, 2020, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note, if the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, EDUCAUSE may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
