Whether you are a lone professional, a new or aspiring CISO, or a CIO with a headache, this session will get you started answering the questions that arise when starting an information security program. Or at least learn from my mistakes. This is a general interest session.

Outcomes: Understand what defines an information security program * Learn how to be successful (or at least avoid the landmines) working in information security * Learn how to be successful as a new CISO
