This poster session will review how at Hamilton College, library and IT services use an incident response team to allow them to quickly and effectively manage simple through complex incidents and emergencies, including discovery, assessment, action plans, documentation, communication, and follow-up.

Outcomes: Understand the importance of incident preparedness * Analyze the roles and processes a response team uses to handle incidents * Develop or modify an incident response team at your institution
