We will examine the issues surrounding the decision to migrate from an online program manager to an internal infrastructure supplemented by tight vendor relationships. Topics will include building an online education infrastructure, policy issues, the value chain for online program offerings, strategic and tactical planning, and our RFP process with decision rubrics.
