This session is designed to help you understand the processes involved in major classroom renovations including assessment, funding, planning, and execution. The need to identify and engage stakeholders will be discussed, and you will have an opportunity to interact with classroom assessment tools.

Outcomes: Understand processes for upgrading classrooms on a large scale using standards while allowing for innovation * Explore the importance of developing and using appropriate tools for classroom assessments * Learn methods for engaging stakeholders in a large project
