What's the secret to a successful IT project, service, or organization? And what is the hardest thing to get right? Communication. This session will describe various communication activities and score them for level of effort and impact. Participants will join in scoring and reflecting on what works and what wastes.

Outcomes: Identify multiple communication activities you can try within your IT organization and with your community * Describe the characteristics of those communication activities including the effort required and potential impact * Assess which communication strategies will provide the most value to your organization
