Outcomes: Explore a board's fiduciary responsibility and how it relates to an increasing interest in information security * Understand how to leverage the attention of the board (and/or other senior administrators) to make progress in information security and IT as a whole * Identify where challenges might arise and what the ideal level of engagement from the board looks like
