Colleges and universities are challenged to confirm admitted students' matriculation in a timely manner while also reducing enrollment attrition, or "melt." Stetson University partnered with Microsoft and Discourse Analytics to drive digital transformation using data to better allocate resources and proactively intervene with prospective students to increase fall enrollment.
