When faced with projected a double-digit enrollment decline, limited resources, and time running out, a small team of staff from Student Affairs, Information Technology, and Institutional Effectiveness was tasked to run a retention campaign. The team used data and a partner, which resulted in a very effective campaign.

Outcomes: Explain what groups were targeted and specific data requirements for the retention campaign * Identify 3-5 reasons why students chose not to return * Identify what strategic partner was leveraged
