Gallup Survey Data as a Catalyst for Change in Student Life and Curriculum

Gallup-Purdue Index data collected for Saint Michael's College provided a basis for initiatives that enhance the personal well-being and workplace engagement of our graduates. We will describe the methodology, the relationship to other assessments, the influence on our strategic plan, our new initiatives, and transformation in existing programs.
