With diversity conversations alive and well all around us, should senior leaders still strive to initiate "programs" to encourage gender diversity and equality in our organizations? Two higher ed IT leaders, He and She, will bravely explore their opinions, experiences, actions, frustrations, and successes regarding promoting (or not) gender diversity.
