We will discuss lessons learned from a 1:1 technology initiative in an educator preparation program. Questions from a National Survey of Student Engagement were chosen to gather information on whether the use of 1:1 technology provided education majors with a broader access to learning, increased engagement, and/or increased achievement.

Outcomes: Be able evaluate educational research critically within a group * Participate in possible solutions to roadblocks faced in research involving technology * Be able to articulate lessons learned from the research project presented
