This presentation will outline UWG's efforts with enterprise architecture and business integration to build solid partnerships across campus and strategically align IT with the institution. The session will offer opportunities for participants to interact/discuss how participants' institutions are able to strategically align their IT environments with their institutions as well.

Outcomes: Identify opportunities in organizational structure changes that will impact IT's strategic alignment with the institution * Identify strategies to build strong partnerships with institutional entities to maximize institutional priorities and objectives * Identify KPIs to measure the alignment of IT services with institutional strategies and operations
