This session will present how Maryland's University Process Innovations (UPI) office has been tackling the challenge of how to successfully lead process improvement and innovation efforts across the academy through a combination of consulting practice, research, and education. Included in the discussion are Maryland's strategy, methodology, organization, governance, and lessons learned.
