At EDUCAUSE 2016, higher ed institutions filled the room to hear the options on how they could begin to use IBM Watson cognitive technology to address important issues. This session will provide an update on the critical nature of this topic, detail progress on the options available, discuss how to get started, and share institutions' stories such as that of the University of Manitoba.
