As higher education becomes more digital and global, there is an increased need to support students, faculty, and staff outside of business hours. The University of Chicago currently runs a low cost 24/7 group that adds measurable value. This presentation will cover how we designed the support model and the current results.

Outcomes: Build a road map for developing your own 24/7 team with both budget and staff * Design a 24/7 schedule that includes time off and needed headcount * Write a process that can be used by a team with no technical background
