College faculty are encouraged to use digital venues for teaching and scholarly work; however, multimedia artifacts are not appropriately recognized using traditional binder submissions. This session will provide ideas for how promotion and tenure (P&T) portfolio frameworks can be revised into more dynamic formats that support current evaluations of promotional materials.
