Our session will explore proven ways to effect change in your IT culture, motivate employees, and provide opportunities for employee success.

Outcomes: Learn about the importance of employee engagement and how it affects student services * Understand how you can change your culture and employee engagement * Evaluate the current engagement of your employees and create a program to track over time
