At the University of Southern Queensland we've been thinking, how can we excite students, engage educators, and empower learning and teaching with emerging technologies? Using agile principles, the Technology Demonstrator Project developed a culture of discovery and exploration while also contributing strongly to the digital strategy of the institution.

Outcomes: Identify key success factors of what makes a likely successful technology demonstrator project * Implement a demonstrator project at your own institution * Develop a process for low cost low impact experimentation with technology in a teaching situation.
