For 20 years, the enterprise University Education Infrastructure Committee at the Medical University of South Carolina has provided strategic technology leadership, while remaining fluid in purpose and composition necessitated by the the dynamic technology landscape in higher education. This talk reflects on what we’ve learned about leading through collaboration.
