Students who feel connected to one another and to the instructor are more engaged and exhibit higher levels of satisfaction with their learning experiences. Technology tools, both plain and fancy, help instructors establish presence in their online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses. In this session, we’ll examine the tools that support a Community of Inquiry by extending conversations, fostering student-student and student-instructor collaborations, personalizing learning, and providing immediate feedback.
