Defining and Dashboarding Student Success: Jump-Starting Data-Driven Decision-Making

How can we help our institutions create a data-enabled culture that improves decision-making and student success? We will use a dashboarding activity to challenge attendees to define student success indicators, identify and connect direct and indirect evidence, and collaborate to synthesize meaning from scenarios representative of real institutional problems.
