This session will explore how new and existing technology has been leveraged to design, implement, and deliver technology-mediated advising in two-year and four-year institutions. Researchers and college representatives will share fieldwork data and over five years of firsthand experience implementing holistic advising along with challenges, successes, and lessons learned.
Outcomes: Explore technology-mediated reform to constituents as a strategy for improving student success * Understand how to potentially leverage new and existing technology in redesigning advising approaches and delivery * Draw on the experiences of practitioners as you consider advising reform in your nuanced context
