Leaders know their teams need new ideas. They also require the right ideas and operational focus to get things done. This session will focus on the matrix of motivation, engagement, creativity, and innovation needed to bring change to life in your team and broader organization. Using magic as a metaphor for innovation and solution design, we will tackle a common problem through an unconventional lens—inspiring new ideas and insight and a little bit of wonder. Playing with ideas and plotting solutions, this roundtable workshop will model the fun of bringing new ideas to life.
