This year at the ELI Annual Meeting you will have the opportunity to “don the goggles” and experience mixed reality technology first-hand. We will be running demonstrations of academic applications of mixed reality (XR) technology throughout the day on Wednesday, February 20.
All the demonstrations are provided by higher ed colleagues, including Pomona College (learning Spanish), Loma Linda University (healthcare), and Case Western (holo anatomy), just to name a few. We hope these demonstrations will help you to identify the opportunities you have to use this technology to provide vivid and engaging learning experiences.
