In 2018, the Center for Higher Education CIO Studies (CHECS) conducted its first survey of the chief academic technology officer (CATO). Combined with information from the CHECS 2018 CIO survey, the research paints a picture of the differences and similarities between CATOs and other higher education technology executives. Join two CATO practitioners and the founder of CHECS to explore the data and what it may mean for the profession.
