Tips and Tools to Get the Most
Five Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Experience
We encourage everyone who plans to attend to register as soon as possible and no later than March 10 in order to receive necessary event communications in advance. Complimentary exhibit staff registrations must be processed by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 23. Learn more about registration and housing.
Exhibitor registration includes entrance to the exhibit hall, breakfast, access to the refreshment breaks held in the exhibit hall, and entrance to the Networking Reception in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening (plus one drink ticket during the reception!). Lunch is not included with exhibitor registration, but there are several food outlets available near the convention center in Downtown Providence. Start planning your meals today!
Entice attendees to visit your booth by:
- Crafting an interactive experience that allows them to engage with your products and services
- Hosting your own unique prize drawings or giveaways
- Announcing a new product or service at the event
To help you quickly and easily promote your participation leading up to, during, or after the event, use these tips and templates that we've crafted for you.
Don't forget, exhibitors are invited to participate in the Networking Reception on Tuesday evening and will receive one free drink ticket during the event. Craft a plan ahead of time to get the most out of this valuable gathering.
For exhibitors, we recommend scheduling one of your staff members to remain at your booth to engage with those browsing the exhibits during the reception, while other staff mingle.
The COVID-19 situation in the United States is fluid, and we continue to monitor developments that may impact attendees for the 2023 NERCOMP Annual Conference. As such, we will continue to update the safety precautions outlined on our COVID-19 Information and Helpful Resources page as appropriate to minimize risks to conference attendees and staff. In order to stay current, visit the COVID-19 Information and Helpful Resources page periodically leading up to the conference.
