There are so many questions surrounding mentorship, as well as fear and confusion. This session will explore building a mentorship network, which aids developing partnerships within and across institutions, career development, workforce engagement, and succession planning. The panel will share experiences from large research universities and small colleges, through the lens of young professionals.

Outcomes: Develop a strategy for mentorship to enable employee growth and retention * Build stronger strategic partnerships across divisions and skillsets * Make more informed decisions based off successes, failures, and best practices in mentorship
