This interactive workshop will provide a solid foundation for building a unique employee value proposition (EVP) to secure high-quality talent and employee engagement. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their own challenges and build a custom EVP.

Outcomes: Recognize the need for and importance of an attractive EVP * Illustrate how a strong EVP can be used as a tool to distinguish organizations in attracting top IT talent * Identify institutional opportunities and begin constructing EVPs in collaborative breakouts
