Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Interactive Presentation
We've developed a custom platform in which chat, capable of voice input, works hand-in-hand with in-house developed artificial intelligence. The AI searches information specific to the institution, bypassing the overload of information that usually comes from Google searches, which affords a huge advantage to students with certain disabilities.

Outcomes: Understand the benefits to students with disabilities of incorporating AI into a portal * Understand how the integration of human handling of the questions ensures appropriate help * Understand how archiving of questions from the students generates targeted FAQs
