The University of Tampa is moving to Workday, a native cloud solution, because our legacy on-premises systems weren't meeting the needs of the campus community. Moving to a cloud solution is gradually empowering the functional departments to have control over the prioritization and speed of configuration changes in Workday.

Outcomes: Better understand the overall implementation process of a new ERP * Distinguish differences between on-premises versus cloud-based ERP implementations * Understand the direction to take with change management, change control, and project governance * Consider IT and functional staffing models for implementation and postproduction
