This session will highlight how various campus constituents interact and engage with their CIOs and IT offices. An engaging and humorous TED-style panel will be followed by an OIT response much like the response to a State of the Union address. The audience will have fun identifying with our IT tales, both the triumphs and the challenges.
Outcomes: Affirm the critical importance of CIOs and IT administrators to institutional success and the success of our students * Share lessons learned and best practices for IT customer relations on campus * Provide humorous and visually stimulating presentations to engage your audience in a discussion to bridge the gap between various campus stakeholders and IT professionals
