IAM is often a tangled web of complexity tamed by fearless heroes out to slay the latest unknown beast. Instead of heroes and mythological beasts, we could perhaps tell the story of a thriving, well-organized city with many functions and roads in and out. What if we consciously changed the story so that IAM feels manageable?

Outcomes:

Be able to produce a gap analysis of what is missing in order to move IAM from a complex web to a well-run city. This data could then be used to charter working groups to start fleshing out what this may look like.
