Representatives from Bates College will discuss how IT has tackled issues surrounding universal design and accessibility in a college whose instruction is entirely face-to-face. The session will focus on taking steps toward universal design and on how to break down that journey into steps that are achievable and not overwhelming.

Outcomes: Identify the seven principles of universal design * Generate a shared Google Doc detailing tools and equipment used for accessibility at your institution * Organize a list of readings and other resources on universal design
