We present an engaged discussion of how universities are managing library and university IT collaborations. Library and technology leaders from CU Boulder and NYU will provide their own experiences strategizing and managing innovative partnerships. We will draw on Athenaeum21?s digital transformation model to discuss effective strategies.
Outcomes: Leave with two innovative models for Library/IT collaboration * Explore the variables that contribute to effective collaboration between different IT entities and/or cultures * Understand the commonalities and differences between these specialist entities and how universities can manage investments in them for greater effectiveness
