Together, even small, individual, local actions, especially when aligned, constitute a mighty force. This session offers an opportunity to learn about equity and inclusivity practices great and small that make a difference and help dismantle systemic racism. It is also an opportunity for participants to commit to one change that will help bend the arc.
Identify one equity/inclusion/racial justice practice within your comfort zone that could be employed immediately and autonomously * Identify one equity/inclusion/racial justice practice either outside your comfort zone or one that would need to be undertaken with at least one other person * Commit to undertaking the second practice within one month
