With the election less than a week away, American Council on Education Senior Vice President Terry Hartle discusses public policy issues of importance to colleges and universities, including prospects for additional aid that students and institutions need to recover from the devastating impact of coronavirus, immigration issues, and more, as well as what the outcome of the election could mean for higher education on these various fronts.
