Responding to COVID-19, Pratt Institute & Ferrilli transformed the student digital experience in 45 days. A cross-functional SCRUM team leveraged design thinking and Salesforce’s low code platform to deliver a personalized portal with virtual or socially distanced access to physical resources like 3D printing, camera equipment, and student services.
