Incident Now! Bringing Gaming to Incident Management

Incident management is one of those concepts that all know is important, but few take the time to practice. By making it into a game, UMass Amherst has lowered the barrier to staff and management engagement and, therefore, adoption. Attendees can learn how to easily bring the game back to their school.
