IT Employee Engagement: Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention

Recruiting and retaining skilled IT professionals is a challenge for many institutions. The IT leadership at the University at Buffalo and Daemen College have recognized the need for, and benefits of, intentional employee engagement programs. In this session, we?ll discuss our engagement initiatives and the results we?ve obtained so far.
